Mohit is Managing Partner with over 10 years of experience. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has worked with Deloitte for more than 5 years in Mumbai & Delhi NCR. His previous affiliations apart from Deloitte are Argus Energy Pvt. Ltd. and AGMG & Company, Chartered Accountants. His focus is on Indirect taxes i.e., GST, Excise, Custom etc., transaction structuring, financial advisory. His expertise has been in advising clients on tax implications, structuring of transactions for tax optimization, implementation, and representation, litigation. Mohit has worked across industry segments including – Service, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Infrastructure, IT & ITES, Healthcare, Automobile and Media & Entertainment.

Tanmay has been advising MNC’s and domestic companies, across a range of industries, in the areas of GST, Customs duty, FTP, Service tax, Excise duty and VAT. His clients include a no. of companies in the Services & Manufacturing Sectors, such as, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Institutions, Digital Education Platforms, Online Fantasy Games, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, amongst others.
